A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched.

• Orders are dispatched Tuesdays only

• Orders placed after dispatch are sent the following Monday

8. DELIVERY

• We aim to use a 24-hour delivery service after dispatch

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors.

Important:
Due to the nature of bait products, ensure someone is available to receive delivery.

9. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

• Risk passes to you upon delivery

• Ensure your delivery details are correct

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses

• Missed deliveries

RETURNS POLICY

10. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14 DAYS)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

11. RETURNS CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused

• Items must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

12. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used bait products

• Perishable goods

• Items not in resellable condition

13. RETURNS PROCESS

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery

2. Return items within 14 days of contacting us

Return costs:

• You pay return postage unless the item is faulty

We recommend tracked returns, as we are not responsible for lost items.

14. REFUNDS

• Processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods

• Issued to your original payment method

Refunds may be reduced if items show signs of use or damage.

15. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item is:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Not fit for purpose

Contact us immediately. We will:

• Offer a replacement or refund

• Cover return postage
